Post Jam Update V2

- I demoted the player from commander to lieutenant. Not because he couldn't get past 120 hits, but because i figured the rank was wrong. He has to start from lower.

- Auditory and Visual warnings for the ship levels.

- New and improved HUD to make things more clear.

- There is now a tractor beam that when it collides with the ports it can transfer you to them for recharging.

- More VFX and SFX in general.

- Plenty more to come...
